These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alorahgroup.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Alorah Group ("Alorah", "we", "us"). Alorah Group is a trade name of Handle Talent Agency. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, scrape or copy its content in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

2. Services

Descriptions of our work on the Site are general and are not an offer. Any engagement between you and Alorah is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Inquiries

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not create a client relationship. We may decline any inquiry at our discretion. Do not send confidential information until a written agreement is in place.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Alorah or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The ALORAH name and logo are trademarks of Handle Talent Agency. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Work shown on the Site may include client materials, which remain the property of the respective clients.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alorah and Handle Talent Agency, and their officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alorah and Handle Talent Agency from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
